Shipping

We’re a small country business, and we want your order to reach you safe and sound. Here’s a simple guide to how we get your Rustic Fitz goodies to your door.

How We Ship

All orders are sent out through Australia Post, our trusted delivery partner.

We usually post Monday to Friday. Please keep in mind that shipping can take an extra day because we are in a rural area.

According to Auspost guidelines a standard package can take between 2-9 business days and Express 2-4 business days; which can vary depending on your location, public holidays and busy postage times. Rustic Fitz accepts no responsibility for lost/stolen packages; or damage to packages during transit to your location. However we will do our best to help recover them and/or resolve the issue. All items leaving Rustic Fitz will be tracked to ensure they get to the destination safely.

Postage Options

Standard Registered Post

  • Costs between $10.00 and $20.00 AUD
  • Fully trackable through Australia Post
  • You’ll get a tracking number by email once your parcel is packed.
  • Didn’t get it? No worries — just email us at rusticfitz4@gmail.com and we’ll send it through again.

Express Post

Need your parcel in a hurry? We can send it express.

Because we’re in a rural area, it might still take an extra day to reach you — but we’ll do everything we can to get it moving fast.

For urgent orders, shoot us an email at rusticfitz@gmail.com with “URGENT” in the subject line, and we’ll help you out as best we can.

Order Collection

For now, we’re not offering local pickup due to health and safety measures. If that changes, we’ll let you know!

Delivery Timeframes

Shipping times can vary depending on your location, the shipping option you choose, and busy times of year like Christmas or public holidays.

You can check estimated delivery times on the Australia Post website.

A quick note: Due to delays from COVID-19, some parcels may take up to three weeks to arrive. We know it’s a wait, and we truly appreciate your patience.

Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to love everything you get from Rustic Fitz. We carefully check each piece before it heads out the door, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right for you.

Change of Mind

Because we’re a small rural business, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may be able to offer an exchange or store credit if your item is returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

Returns Process

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and postal address.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • We recommend using Australia Post with tracking so your return doesn’t get lost on the way back.
  • Unless the item is faulty, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
